Business discussions

Ivar Stulen from Skien discusses business opportunities with Norway's Culinary Ambassador Willy Hansen, founder and head chef of Norwill.

Norwegian Willy Hansen first learned to cook on a tank ship en route from Stavanger to New York at age 15, working for a dollar a day. From there, he worked his way up to chef and then hotel director on board the SS Norway cruise ship. Now, 50 years later, Hansen's Miami-based Norwill Gourmet Food Service is poised to dominate the market for imported Scandinavian Food in the U.S.
