Rodeo show in Minot
The Skien delegation to Norsk Høstfest was invited to a rodeo show in the Great Hall of the Vikings. An impressive event.
When we came into the hall we heard the Norwegian National Song "Ja vi elsker" presented by Bjøro Håland. Who said that Norwegians are not welcome to Minot ?
The rodeo shows are sponsored by many well known American companies, and there were many professional cowboys and tough pick-ups present when the rodeo shows were on. This pick-up was parked outside our hotel.
