Norway's Minister of Research and Higher Education Thora Aasland visits the Skien/Telemark booth at Norsk Høstfest. Tora Aasland is born and raised in Skien in Telemark, and she was most welcomed by a 100 % Skien inhabitant, Ivar Stulen.
While in Minot Minister Aasland was involved in an idea exchange with officials from Minot State University.
