Hallgrim Berg from Ål in Hallingdal presented his book about Olav Thon, "Billionaire in a Parka". Olav Thon, Norway's richest man, was awarded the Humanitarian Award on the Scandinavian-American Hall of Fame Awards Banquet the following evening.
