Stårheim in Nordfjord. Several people from Stårheim emigrated to Canada (Saskatchewan). Some of them were clever blacksmiths, and they made good money constructing railroads before they bought their own farms.

The old main road between Nordfjord and Eastern Norway. The road was not open in the winter. There is a hotel and a restaurant here, with a spectacular view of the valley.

The Singing Bridge. After that the Måløy bridge was built they noticed that the bridge was singing on windy days. And there are quite a few windy days at Måløy a year.
